Dal 18 al 20 marzo pilota milanese al Challenge Monoplace

Scatta a Barcellona nel weekend del 20 marzo il 2016 di Pietro Peccenini nel Challenge Monoplace del VdeV. Sul circuito di Montmelò è in programma il primo round della serie internazionale dove lo scorso anno il pilota milanese classe 1973 ha conquistato il trofeo Gentleman Driver e la top-5 di campionato, sempre in battaglia con i giovani rookie che hanno nel mirino un futuro in F1 e proseguendo il personale percorso di crescita sulla monoposto di F.Renault 2.0. Peccenini esordirà in stagione confermandosi al volante della formula del team lombardo TS Corse, diretto dal fidato team manager Stefano Turchetto, e affrontando le tiratissime 3 gare da 20 minuti in programma sul tracciato spagnolo. Per Pietro, unico italiano al via del campionato dopo il test pre-stagionale di domenica e lunedì scorsi sempre a Barcellona, sarà la prima occasione di giocarsi le posizioni che prevedono punti validi per la classifica del Challenge e di entrare nelle attese bagarre ruota a ruota che caratterizzano la serie.
